Returns
The return is free of charge within 14 days from the actual date of your order receipt.

Once we receive your return request, and it is within the due date, we will send you an email with instructions on how to arrange the collection of your order. We will then verify that the returned product has been kept properly. Please make sure to ship the product intact and complete with packaging and instructions.

If the product has been damaged in one or more components, we do not guarantee any refund.

Replacement under warranty
You can request a replacement under warranty within 2 years after your purchase. Replacements only apply in case of defects linked to the nature of the product and not for accidental damages.

The replacement must be authorized by our technical assistance team which will contact you to carry out all the necessary controls.
